Association of Private Security within Serbian Chamber of Commerce

Association of Private Security operates within Serbian Chamber of Commerce. Its activities cover areas such as private security, security system services, investigative activities and private investigator services. The association represents the common interest of all stakeholders in the field of private security and private investigators in Serbia and beyond, and it participates in the doctrinal and normative regulation of these activities. The association consists of four groups: physical and technical security, self-protection and detective activities.

Croatian Security Association (HCZ)

Croatian Security Association has operated in Croatia for more than twenty years as the professional association whose primary objective is bringing together and coordinating activities and professional interests of security-related companies and individuals. The Association promotes, represents, and protects common interest of its members before the government and other authorities in the country and abroad. The Association gathers companies in the field of physical security, banking and cash-in-transit security, designers, internal security services and private detectives.

 
 
 
 

Chamber for the Development of Slovenian Private Security

The largest association for the development of private security in Slovenia brings together all legal persons in the private security industry. It represents the interests of all professional associations in the field of private security in Slovenia and, at the same time, acts as a public administrative authority that makes proposals for the drafting of the content of professional standards, determines national vocational qualifications, prepares training programs and vocational training, proposes the content of standards in the private security sector and licenses, etc.

Chamber of Republic of North Macedonia for Private Security

This umbrella North Macedonian institution in charge of private security in the country was established in 2000. Objectives of the Chamber are protection, promotion and advancement of expertise, professionalism and general activities for the benefit of this profession. It is authorized to carry out licensing and training of persons and legal entities working in the field of private security, and issue permits to engage in this activity as well as check the work of armed personnel. It is active throughout the Republic of North Macedonia in order to ensure that the protection of people and property has been really successful.

Romanian Association For Security Technique

Founded in 2003, A.R.T.S. is a professional, non-governmental, non-political and non-profit association, which brings together security companies. It assures the connection between its members, public authorities, other associations and stakeholders. Its mission is to influence the positive growth of the security market. A.R.T.S. advocates and promotes the proposals for updating the legislation in the field of physical security, it is licensed as a professional trainer and organizes Romanian Security Fair. Through its members, A.R.T.S. is a guarantor of free and fair competition.

 
 

Chamber of Agencies and Internal Services for the Protection of People and Property

CHAMBER OF SECURITY PROFESSIONALS was established in 2016. The program goals of the Chamber are: improvement of activities related to the protection of people and property, promoting cooperation among the members of the Chamber with the goal of joint participation in the implementation of various projects, encouraging cooperation with the relevant legal entities at home and abroad, building scientific and professional capacities of the security industry and establishing cooperation with all stakeholders in charge of the protection of people and property in the FBiHa

Association of Security Managers of Montenegro

Association of Security Managers of Montenegro is an independent, non-partisan, free, and voluntary organization of legal and natural persons engaged in security operations in the public and private sectors within the territory of the state of Montenegro. The objectives of the Association of Security Managers of Montenegro include, among others, the development and improvement of corporate security and management of security risks, providing expert assistance to business entities and government institutions in the development of security plans for critical infrastructure, protection of individuals and property, protection and rescue, as well as cybersecurity.

 

National Association of Industrial Security Companies (NAFTSO)

National Association of Industrial Security Companies (NAFTSO), established in 2001, is a non-profit association and incorporates trading companies that provide security services. NAFTSO is a recognized representative employers’ organization of the private security sector in Bulgaria. Since 2005 NAFTSO is a member of Confederation of European Security Services CoESS, representing private security industry at European level. The association was the host of CoESS General Meeting and the meetings of some Working Committees of Confederation in 2008.

 
 
 

Confederation of European Security Services

The main objective of CoESS is to represent and support the growth of an industry that delivers solutions of high quality and professionalism, focused on the selection and development of qualified staff and technology. CoESS brings together 23 national associations in European countries, of which 17 EU Member States. The active and associated members are national federations covering a wide range of private security services, located in EU and non-EU member states respectively.
The corresponding members are European or International organisations, which pursue similar goals to CoESS in more specific areas of private security.

SecuriForum Electronic Security & Fire Safety Exhibition & Conference

International Police Organization – IPO

The Detective Chamber of the Republic of Slovenia, established in 1994, is a prominent institution dedicated to detective work. Led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Miha Dvojmoč, it boasts a roster of 100 active detectives. Additionally, 26 detective agencies operate as legal entities within the chamber. The DeZRS actively collaborates with various organizations, including the Institute for Corporate Security Studies (ICS), detectives from Hungary, Austria, and Turkey, as well as the Faculty of Security Sciences and the Chamber of Detectives of Slovenia, focusing on implementing and refining mutual cooperation agreements.
