All side event organizers are advised to stick to the timetable in the agenda. Please come at least five minutes earlier to set up the equipment required for your presentation and please try to finish at least five minutes earlier so that the next user can test theirs. For recognition purposes, you are allowed to brand your side events with any form of mobile (easily-removable) company prop. Should you need any kind of help, a staff member will be in front of your hall. NOTE: Please keep the halls clean and tidy!
