ENTERING SERBIA FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES WITHOUT A PCR TEST

Welcome to the webpage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia where you can submit a Request for entering Serbia for business purposes without a PCR test for the presence of SARS-COV 19. The submission of the Requests to CCIS is realized by filling in and submitting the Requests of domestic and foreign citizens who enter Serbia for business reasons, during the entry restrictions due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Note: Persons entering the Republic of Serbia for business reasons and coming from the countries with an unfavourable epidemiological situation (other than citizens of the Republic of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Bulgaria, Hungary, the Republic of North Macedonia, and Montenegro when entering the Republic of Serbia from the countries whose citizens they are, who are allowed to enter the Republic of Serbia without an RT-PCR test for the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus) and holding a negative RT-PCR test for the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus issued by a reference laboratory of the country from which they are coming, i.e. entering the Republic of Serbia, not older than 48 hours, are not required to submit prior notice to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia.
The foreign citizens are also allowed to enter the Republic of Serbia without holding a RT-PCR test for the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, if they hold one of the following documents:
A full vaccination certificate issued by the Republic of Serbia, i.e. a foreign state with which the Republic of Serbia has concluded an agreement on the recognition of vaccination (Greece, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Czech Republic, India) or with which there is de facto reciprocity in the recognition of the vaccination certificate ( Croatia, Slovakia, Georgia, Morocco, Cyprus, Lebanon, Moldova, San Marino, Tunisia, Armenia, Egypt, Germany).
A certificate of recovery from the COVID-19 disease – a certificate or other public document specifying that the holder of the document has recovered from the disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, i.e. that the presence of the SARS- CoV-2 virus has been established with that person, provided that from the first testing not less than 14 days or more than six months have elapsed, which document is issued by the public health institute established for the territory of the Republic of Serbia, i.e. by the competent body of the country with which the Republic of Serbia has concluded the agreement, or factual reciprocity in the recognition of such documents (Croatia, Germany, the United States of America, Switzerland, Denmark, Luxemburg, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Greece, Andorra, San Marino, Slovenia, Tunisia, Turkey, Romania).

PROCEDURE AFTER ENTERING SERBIA:
A person who previously announced his/her entry to Serbia for business reasons has to submit to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, within 24 hours after entering Serbia, the result of an antigen test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 or an RT-PCR test, issued by a reference laboratory of the Republic of Serbia;
The test result referred to above is to be e-mailed to inocovid19@pks.rs
If the persons from the previous point fail to present the result of an antigen test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 or an RT-PCR test, issued by a reference laboratory of the Republic of Serbia within 24 hours, and in case of the submission of positive test results, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia will notify the relevant public health institute in a particular territory.
