Venue

Adria Security Summit, leading annual conference and exhibition of the Adriatic region's security industry, will be held at Gospodarsko razstavišče - Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from 12 – 14 September 2018. The Summit will bring together all participants in the supply chain: from manufacturers, distributors, dealers, installers and system integrators to consultants and end users from all vertical markets.

Name tags

Name tags with full names will be made for each participant and the registration will take place at the entrance to the conference premises and at the front desks in the hotels which are part of the Solaris resort.

Registration

Only registered participants may attend the Adria Security Summit 2018 conference. All participants must confirm their attendance by submitting the registration application which is available on the website. After the registration, you will receive a confirmation of attendance and detailed instructions about the Adria Security Summit program.
Registration fee is 200 € (175 € for entries until 1 July), and includes attendance at the conference and the accompanying exhibition, all planned lunches and supporting activities from the agenda, conference material and special gifts, as well as tourist visits to the town of Ljubljana. The registration fee does not include accommodation costs. When booking hotel accommodation, please state that you are a participant at the Adria Security Summit 2018 conference and exhibition, and use the forms available on the website which automatically assign codes to the summit guests.
The deadline for the participation registration for the Adria Security Summit 2018 is 10 September 2018.

Registration of media outlets, students and other interested parties is handled separately and the organizer reserves the right to deny attendance to individuals, organizations and legal entities.

Cloakroom

Cloakroom is located at the entrance to the convention center near the conference rooms.  You can leave your coats, umbrellas and similar things inside. Please keep in mind that the valuables and suitcases will not be accepted.

Food and beverage

Lunch and coffee breaks will be organized in accordance with the conference agenda.

Simultaneous interpretation


Simultaneous interpretation will be available for the conference segment and will receive your headset at the entrance to the conference facility. You will be required to hand over your ID card to receive a headset. You will be charged 220 euros for each missing or lost set.

Mobile phones

please mute your mobile phones during the conference presentations in order to avoid interrupting speakers and visitors.

Evaluation forms


please fill in the evaluation forms that will be made available through the Adria Security Summit application.

Medical personnel services

emergency treatment will be available at the convention center during the conference. In case that you need medical assistance, please notify the officers at the entrance to the conference premises or in conference rooms.

Lost property:

if you lose any of your belongings in the conference center, please notify the officers at the entrance to the conference premises.
